3.1. Warranty

· “BUY IN NEPAL” provides a warranty as described in product details from the billing date.

· Warranty covers replacement or repair of defective parts caused prior to risk transfer.

· Exceptions include damages from misuse, poor maintenance, or unauthorized changes.

3.2 Notification and Procedure

· Customers must notify “BUY IN NEPAL” immediately of defects within the warranty period.

· Returns under warranty require prior written permission. 9.8. “BUY IN NEPAL” pays freight for valid warranty claims. If no defect is found, costs are charged to the customer.

· Repairs are performed at “BUY IN NEPAL”’s premises.

3.3 Product Discontinuation

· Discontinued products are supported for one year from the discontinuation date.
